When people hear Arizona they think of a desolate, dried up waste land. But I can tell you first hand that some of the most beautiful landscapes belong to the Grand Canyon State. The famous saying goes, “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder” and it applies to nature. Some believe that “beautiful” means luscious trees and flowing creeks. Others, like myself, can see the beauty in a single Saguaro cactus in the middle of the simplistic sunset that stretches far beyond the mountains. Of course you probably wouldn’t want to roll around in this landscape. But it is sheer beauty; at least in my eyes. And the eyes of the beholder all that matters?
Love the desert! Pretty pics.
