I would have to say Brazil is probably number one on my list of places to explore. I first fell in love with Brazil when I was in 3rd grade and we spent weeks learning about the Amazon Rainforest. Since then, I have never opted out of reading an article about this magical place. My obsession will not be tamed until it has been fed.

If you really, really, really want beaches you must explore the coves of Sao Paulo state. I’m Australian so i naturally thought i’ve seen some of the best…. wrong. So wrong i can’t even begin to say. These beaches left my head spinning, and there’s a new one every few kilometers draped in (what’s left of) the Atlantic Forest. Gorgeous, and that’s putting it mildly.
Thanks for the pointer! I might make my next blog post about Sao Paulo now! :) I was born a fish but was raised in a desert (Arizona is not the most tropical state in the U.S.) so I am always looking for an aquatic beauty.
